Der Showtec Pixel Controller kann mit dem Pixelstrip 20 und 40 verwendet werden. Jeder Controller kann bis zu 16 Meter Pixelstrip verarbeiten, verteilt auf vier Ausgänge. Alle Pixelstrips können einfach in Reihe geschaltet und über ein einziges Cat-Kabel mit dem Pixel-Controller verbunden werden. Sie können die Pixelstrips 20 und 40 beliebig verwenden und mischen (bis zu 4 Meter Pixelstrip pro Ausgang). Der Pixel Controller kann über DMX, Artnet und Klingnet gesteuert werden, kann aber auch als eigenständiger Controller mit eingebauten Programmen verwendet werden. Bei Verwendung mehrerer Einheiten können die eingebauten Programme durch die Master/Slave-Funktion synchronisiert werden.
