Example from therapy
After a stroke, the patient may no longer be able to follow steps. In addition, perception is so impaired that the patient cannot feel what a sequence of movements feels like, even though they know what it should look like. The therapist can now help with all of these problems. He stands on the running boards with the patient and begins to drive him. This allows the patient to experience again what was no longer possible before.
